Job Description
The Property Management Systems Assistant is an integral member of Hilltop's Operations team, serving as a front-line resource for RealPage/OneSite support across our growing multifamily portfolio.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with and supporting RealPage/OneSite.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in multifamily housing industry required.
- Must have previous experience troubleshooting Real Page/OneSite.
- Must be able to travel to various sites for support and training purposes.
- Proficient in providing end user support in accounting, property management and marketing
- General knowledge of property management processes as they relate to successful multifamily operations.
- Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with the ability to work with users at all levels.
