Job Description
Our mission is to create access to high quality integrated health care and promote well-being for individuals, families, and our communities. We are seeking a Health Access Navigator to help patients make sense of complex health insurance and coverage systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated customer service, administrative, or community-facing experience (healthcare, insurance, social services, or related).
- Ability to learn and navigate health insurance systems, public benefits, and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary care team.
- Strong computer literacy skills; ability to document in electronic systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Reliable transportation.
