Outreach Enrollment Worker

The Outreach Enrollment Worker at Huntington Health Center will provide comprehensive health access, case management, and information and referral services to the community, particularly in the Pioneer Valley region. They will work with individuals, families, and community members, providing education and referrals on public health insurance changes. The role involves building relationships and offering support for new initiatives.

• Knowledge of the Pioneer Valley community
• Good judgment and tact with confidential information
• Bilingualism/ biculturalism preferred (a plus)
