Job Description
We are seeking energetic and vibrant individuals to join our Front of the House team as a Host/Hostess. The primary objective is to ensure that all patrons feel welcomed, comfortable, and attended to during their visit to the club.
Requirements
- Warmly welcome members and guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations effectively
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with members and guests
- Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff
- Ensure that the dining area and lobby maintain a clean, organized, and inviting ambiance
- Understand and adhere to the etiquette and protocol expected in a private club setting
- Collaborate effectively with other staff members
- Properly record To Go orders
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand
