Job Description
Maintain clubhouse facility and equipment, perform routine preventive maintenance, and repair various systems and structures.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of trades
- General knowledge of power tools
- High School diploma or GED
- Post-secondary vocational/ technical training in electrical engineering, HVAC or refrigeration desirable
- One year maintenance experience in an institutional or business setting
