Hillwood Properties is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to assist in organizing the maintenance programs for one of our multifamily properties.
Requirements
- Adheres to and complies with all company safety policies and procedures
- Performs hands-on maintenance to ensure apartments are market-ready
- Diagnoses and completes repairs in various areas, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
