Job Description
Hillwood Construction Services is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from pre-construction planning to ground-up delivery. The role requires strong field leadership and coordination skills, with a focus on large-scale industrial warehouse construction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related area
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a commercial general contractor as a Superintendent, Project Engineer, or relative position
- Experience in tilt-wall construction is required; ground-up industrial warehouse project experience is strongly preferred
