Payroll Manager

Hilmar Cheese Company is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee company-wide payroll preparation and distribution, manage a high-performing Payroll team, and lead Payroll related system administration and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field plus 5 years related experience
• Master's degree plus 1 year related experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience overseeing a process and direct reports
• Proficient in Excel
