Job Description
Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is seeking an Arrival Ambassador to join the Front Office Team. The Arrival Ambassador will organize and oversee group arrivals/pre-assigned groups to ensure total group satisfaction.
Requirements
- Organize and oversee group arrivals/pre-assigned groups
- Ensure total group satisfaction
- Answer and dispatch telephone calls
- Maintain call logs and ensure guest satisfaction through follow up calls
- Resolve guest challenges throughout their stay in our Hotel
- Provide prompt and courteous service to meet Company's high standards
