The Banquet Attendant is responsible for providing efficient and professional service of food and beverages to guests, while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. They will work in a team environment to provide exceptional guest experiences and exceed service standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star category hotel
• Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seize opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge
• Flexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirements
• Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues
• Guest oriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
• Good English skills, both written and verbal
• Familiar with computer systems
• Outgoing personality and willing to work for long hours
