Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking a Bar Manager for The Signature Bar to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.

Requirements

• Lead all bar operations for the assigned venue, ensuring an exceptional and flawlessly executed service
• Co-create and launch an innovative beverage program and service standards positioned to rank among the finest in London and globally
• Design and deliver a world-class menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and precision
• Recruit, manage, mentor, empower, train and develop the restaurant's Food and Beverage team, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and excellence
