The role involves administering hair services, manicure and pedicure, supervising salon, salon inventory, training, professional massage, and providing professional skin care and body treatments.
Requirements
- Minimum of a National Vocational Qualification level 1-2-3
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in Hairdressing, cutting, coloring, perming, and straightening
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a renowned Hotel/Resort hair salon
- Must hold Massage or Wellness license and certification
- Knowledgeable with multi-cultural service protocols and standards
- Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and motivational skills
- Candidate must have a good command of spoken and written English. Fluency in additional language is an advantage
