The Catering Sales Manager will sell and service all social events, from weddings and birthday parties to receptions, cocktail hours, and more, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton South Bend at Notre Dame. The role involves targeting and soliciting new catering business, designing and selling creative catered events, and maximizing revenue by upselling packages and food & beverage. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of sales management experience within the hospitality industry, a positive attitude and strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
