The Cluster Groups, Conference and Events Coordinator will provide administrational controls and processes for the hotel, ensuring strong financial management, maintaining robust controls for Commission Processes, and dealing with incoming enquiries and correspondences from clients, guests, companies, and/or agents regarding their billing/commission. The role will also involve office stationery tracking, audit administration, Birchstreet Handling, client giveaway items & merchandise handling, and maintaining product knowledge about the hotel and local area.
