Complex Director of Sales - Hiltons of San Diego

Complex Director of Sales for Hilton San Diego Bayfront, responsible for leading sales teams and driving above-market topline revenues across multiple properties, including Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Diego - Mission Valley. Develops and executes commercial strategies to achieve annual budget and crossover targets. Provides leadership, communication, and networking skills to facilitate the delivery of the Americas Commercial Operating Model.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to facilitate cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute commercial strategies
• Ability to travel frequently to attend conferences and meetings
