Job Description
DoubleTree Brighton Metropole is seeking a Conference and Events Supervisor to supervise Conference and Events operations, deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience, and assist with meeting department targets. The role involves supervising Conference and Events operations, communicating and delegating daily function sheets, welcoming guests, and managing guest queries.
Requirements
- Previous Conference and Banquet experience
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
