Conrad Tokyo is seeking a Proactive Sales Manager - Domestic Sales to support the hotel's strategic management and drive sales revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales action plans, maximizing up-selling opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position in a hotel or comparable industry
- Able to read, listen and communicate effectively in English and Japanese
- Understand and follow hotel policies, departmental rules, and SOPs
