Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA, CMA
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial management
- 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Extensive knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
