Director of Finance (Pre-Opening)

The Director of Finance will provide financial support and technical expertise to the General Manager and hotel team, ensuring compliance with company, owner, statutory and fiscal requirements. The role is responsible for financial accounting and control, management reporting, business support, information technology and systems, investment, operating against meaningful strategic plans and budgets, and investment in people. The ideal candidate will have a university qualification, finance/accounting major, certified, at least 5 years in hotel accounting with 2 years in a similar position with an international hotel, fluent in English, and system skills in OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK, and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• University qualification and above
• Finance/Accounting major and certified (e.g. ACCA/CPA)
• 5 years in hotel accounting with at least 2 years in similar position with an international hotel
• Fluent in oral and written English to meet business needs
• System skills in OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
