Front Desk Executive

Hilton is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to provide leadership and guidance to Front Desk staff to ensure consistent quality service is provided. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising Front Desk staff, assigning tasks, resolving guest and team member problems, and maintaining a smooth and efficient operation during the assigned shift.

Requirements

• Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
• Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction
• Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels
• Able to effectively deal with internal and external customers
• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
