Job Description
As a Cluster GC&ESales Manager, you will be responsible for the economic success and revenue maximization of three Hilton Hotels in Vienna, while ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Sales of rooms, event spaces, and service offerings
- Development of offers and contracts according to customer/guest requirements
- Administration and coordination of event/zimmer bookings
- Execution of professional property tours and detail agreements with customers
- Communication with customers/guests and staff
- Creation and distribution of BEOs, Alterations, Daily etc.
- Welcome, care, and farewell of customers/guests
- Conducting de-briefs after the event
- Control of (deposit-) invoices for completeness and timely payment
- Compliance with all Hilton sales guidelines and deadlines
- Creation of all required reports and statistics
- Input of required data and activities in specific computer systems
- Participation in marketing activities such as BBOB Calls, Sales Blitz etc.
- Participation in Communication Meetings (C&E / BD / Hotel)
