Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing guest requests and complaints, and maximizing sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail, excellent personal presentation and communication skills, and demonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast food.
