Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our kitchen brigade at the Hilton East Midlands Airport Hotel. The successful candidate will have great leadership skills, be passionate about food, and be eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade. The role involves leading the kitchen team, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, and implementing new menus and monitoring compliance with operating standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager
• Great leadership skills
