Hilton Tokyo Bay is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and implement the annual marketing and PR plan, drive key objectives, and lead the hotel's marketing and PR team.

Requirements

• Previous Marketing experience in a similar environment
• Experience of managing and motivating a team
• Experience of developing, creating and managing promotional campaigns and marketing and PR activities
• Complete understanding of key functions relating to marketing and PR strategies and initiatives
• College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Hotel Management
• Experience in developing and implementing effective and realistic marketing and PR plans and strategies
