Requirements

• Ultra Luxury Hotel Manager experience in resort locations with world-class dining experiences
• Strong command of operational excellence and business acumen
• Proven experience in delivering and driving impeccable personalized guest experiences
• Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
• Inspirational leader with the ability to develop and mentor high-performing large and multicultural teams
