Job Description
As a Reception Apprentice with Hilton, you will work towards a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with opportunities for development and growth. No prior experience is needed, just a passion for Guest Service!
Requirements
- Work within the Front Office Department
- Contribute to an exceptional guest experience
- Telephone handling
- Cash and Payment handling
- Comply with Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations
- Complete all aspects of the apprenticeship programme
