Job Description
Join us as a Reservations Agent at Conrad Orlando, a luxurious resort bordering Walt Disney World, to deliver personalized service and impactful experiences. As a part-time team member, you will be responsible for answering reservation communications, processing group reservations, and verifying information with Meeting Planners and Front Office.
Requirements
- Systems- Passkey & OnQ experience
- Reservations (Group and Transient) experience
- Detail Oriented
- Professional communication skills, written and verbal
