Reservations Coordinator

The Reservations Coordinator will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel, providing excellent customer service and influencing guest decisions to stay at the property. Key responsibilities include converting inquiries into contracted business, responding to sales inquiries, and identifying sales leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering great customer service, a professional telephone manner, and intermediate computer proficiency.
