Job Description
Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of Reservations awareness. The role involves handling incoming reservation requests, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of resort accommodations, and working collaboratively with other team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience (minimum 3 years) of working in a similar role with a Luxury Resort/Hotel
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word) and related software’s, and Opera
- Friendly demeanor, positive and enthusiastic attitude with strong customer focus and ability to work independently
