Job Description
The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Reservations team for Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury service standards and effective team leadership.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (preferred)
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role
- Strong knowledge of PMS/CRS systems (Hilton OnQ experience preferred)
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, CRM tools, and reservation platforms
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage pressure and multitask efficiently
- Proactive, solutionâoriented, and guestâfocused mindset
- Professional demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards
