The Restaurant Supervisor works closely with the Restaurant Management and supports with the commercial performance, management and reputation of the Restaurant. The role requires a leader who is supportive and inclusive, with at least two years’ experience in a similar role. London experience within a hotel and high-street restaurant environment would be an advantage.
