The RTR and PTP Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that hotel-retained activities in the UK & Ireland are performed in line with timeliness and quality SLA & KPI targets. The role will assist to resolve transactional queries, partner with HAFS team to identify and implement process improvements, and drive a high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data / information efficiently and accurately.
- Education A level or equivalent
- Ability to travel as required
