- Be familiar with hotel product knowledge
- Promote and sell all hotel products
- Develop sales plans and obtain approval from Director of Sales
- Understand customer needs and achieve sales
- Produce quotations efficiently and follow-up promptly
- Operate hotel reservation system
- Establish good relationship with customers and maintain customer information
- Recommend other hotel chains within the group
- Proactively collect market and industry information
- Understand and be familiar with all product information of competitors
- Welcome key customers and team leaders to the hotel
- Motivate and train department employees
- Ensure effective communication between Sales team and hotel Operations team
- Handle guest feedback or complaints
- Maximize sales and forecast team and banquet revenue
- Provide necessary supervision and guidance to the Sales Director or sales representative
- Actively participate in the development of marketing plans and collaborate to achieve budgets
- Design new hotel products in advance according to market demand
- Organize regular customer experience in the hotel and team building with important/potential customers
