Security Supervisor

Hilton Pristina is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Security Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and others while at the hotel. The role involves constant vigilance of hotel operations, maintaining documents and key systems, and training and supervising the Security Team.

Requirements

• Previous security experience, preferably in an industry with large volumes of people movement
• Experience in planning, organizing, and enforcing security systems
• Current and working knowledge of fire, safety, and first aid
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Excellent personal presentation
