Job Description
As a Senior Analyst in the OTC Hotel Accounting team, you will be responsible for delivering OTC processes, streamlining processes, and providing customer-focused experiences. You will work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement efficient solutions, support team members, and represent the function to other areas of the business. The role requires a self-starter with initiative, critical thinking, and analytical skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
- High school/GED
- Collections experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to support business hours of regions supported by the team if required
