Facilities Tech II, Compounding

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician II, Compounding to provide mid-level support to the Operations Engineering & Maintenance Department by applying predictive and preventive maintenance procedures for all Lab equipment in Pharmacy.

Requirements

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on all Lab Equipment
• Document maintenance technical and other data on predictive/preventive maintenance charts
• Conduct repair/troubleshoot duties throughout the pharmacy
• Diagnose and repair all equipment in the labs
• Identify facilities issues and develop an ongoing strategy
• Communicate to management all issues that could result in safety risks
• Work as directed in all areas of the Pharmacy to maintain safety and health standards
• Perform calibration and testing procedures on equipment
• Maintain calibration records and documentation
• Ensure that all equipment meets regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies
• Work closely with production personnel to coordinate repairs
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements
