Job Description
Hims & Hers is seeking a Lead Compounding Technician, Sterile to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a group leader of sterile compounding technicians and/or sterile support staff during daily compounding operations. The role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with USP 797 and 800, and compounding sterile medications. Requirements
- 2+ years sterile compounding experience or 1+ year sterile compounding plus 1+ year nonsterile compounding experience
- Current registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Arizona and National Certification (CPhT)
- Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician® (CSPT®) or willingness to complete in the first year of employment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
