Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable

Hims & Hers is a leading health and wellness platform that aims to help people feel great through better health. The Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable role will manage day-to-day and month-end close related accounting operations, including accounts payable corporate credit cards, vendor onboarding, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with direct accounts payable experience.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day and month-end close related accounting operations
• Independently review and reconcile vendor invoices, corporate credit card coding, and employee reimbursements
• Design and implement scalable processes to enhance accounting operations' operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy
• Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to assess the appropriateness and accuracy of accounting accruals and book accruals
