Senior Manager, Accounting

Hint is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manufacturing, cost accounting, and external audit support, with hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred; CMA a plus)
• 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing and cost accounting
• 3+ years of experience leading accounting operations and managing month-end/year-end close
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Proven experience supporting external audits and maintaining strong internal controls (GAAP required)
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience required, including reporting and financial data management
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to streamline processes and improve accounting workflows
• Payroll experience is a plus (Paylocity preferred but not required)
