HIP

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, and experience designing data warehouses and optimized data models

2-4 years of experience in construction administration or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with JD Edwards and Procore are preferred

8-10 years of progressive construction project management experience required

2-5 years of recruiting experience, 2+ years of in-house experience, and experience leading full-cycle recruitment

15+ years of progressively responsible legal experience, preferably within a privately held multi-entity organization or in a corporate/transactions practice at a reputable law firm

Four to seven years of experience in audit, consulting, business operations, asset management support, or a related professional services environment

2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field, strong business acumen and negotiation skills

10+ years of experience in preconstruction, construction management, or general contracting

3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analytics, operations, compensation analysis, or a related finance role. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Internship, co-op, or entry-level accounts payable experience preferred. Exposure to construction or project-based accounting is a plus, but not required
