Job Description
Hillwood Construction Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Estimator to join their growing team in Dallas, Texas. The Estimator will play a critical part in the preconstruction process, supporting budgeting, quantity takeoffs, bid solicitations, and subcontractor coordination for commercial and industrial construction projects.
Requirements
- Prepare quantity takeoffs, prepare estimates, and coordinate bid solicitations/tabulations.
- Perform a detailed review of the bid documents for compliance with company standards, client standards, constructability and compliance with budget.
- Maintain subcontractor and historical job cost databases.
