Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial Go experience
• Enjoy live collaboration with your team, e.g. paired programming & huddles
• Translate ideas into end-to-end delightful experiences
• Engage with other teams to create impactful ways of quickly solving problems
• Break down tricky topics in writing and person
• Growth mindset, e.g. learns and educates the team on new tech to help advance the product
• Help to build a company-inclusive culture and understand that keeping comms constructive keeps the team productive
