Job Description
Hippo is looking for a Lead Product Manager, AI to identify, build, and scale high-impact AI-powered products across their business. The role requires 6+ years of product management experience, 2+ years in insurance or regulated financial services, and passion for emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in building high-impact products and features
- 2+ years of product management experience in insurance or other regulated financial services
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into shipped solutions with measurable impact
- Comfort rolling up their sleeves to shape MVPs, workflows, experiments, and early production systems
- Passion for emerging technologies and hands-on experience with latest AI models & tools
- Experience shipping products from early concept through launch and iteration in real-world environments
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle (data readiness, modeling, deployment, monitoring, iteration)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
