Job Description
Hippo seeks a Senior Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Analyst to prepare and coordinate SEC and financial reports, maintain accounting policies, and collaborate with external auditors. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in public accounting and is eager to grow expertise in SEC reporting and technical accounting. The role involves utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline reporting workflows, reducing manual effort, and improving accuracy. The successful candidate will be a reliable point of contact and collaborative partner to teams across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Equity Administration, Business Operations, and Insurance on reporting-related matters.
Requirements
- Degree requirement in Accounting
- CPA preferred, not required
- Public accounting experience, ideally with Big Four experience
