Job Description
Hippocratic AI is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to help bridge healthcare data systems with their clinical AI platform. The role involves designing and building reliable integrations using modern interoperability standards, collaborating with delivery leads and product managers, and shaping the integration framework.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare integration or interoperability engineering
- Strong understanding of HL7 v2, FHIR, and X12 standards
- Hands-on experience with Python and at least one integration engine (Mirth, Rhapsody, InterSystems IRIS, or Redox)
- Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and SQL
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to reliability, scalability, and quality
