Hippocratic AI is a safety-focused Large Language Model (LLM) company for healthcare. They are seeking a Head of the Hippocratic AI Academy to lead the design, development, and execution of their training and enablement program. The role involves building a learning & knowledge management function to support client organisations and internal teams, focusing on safe and effective AI voice agent implementation and operation. The company aims to revolutionize healthcare accessibility and health outcomes through safe, cutting-edge AI technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a learning & development, training & enablement, or knowledge management role.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and scaling training programs for B2B clients.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, virtual and in-person delivery formats.
- Experience leading or building a knowledge-management function.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
