We are looking for a detail oriented and execution driven Trade Marketing Specialist to join a growing F&B company and support demand generation, availability, and sell-through across retail, quick-commerce, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
Requirements
- 4β5 years of experience in trade marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing (F&B, FMCG, or retail preferred)
- Strong understanding of trade marketing execution and in-store activation
- Hands-on experience managing digital performance marketing and working with external agencies
- Solid understanding of DTC business models, e-commerce operations, and performance tracking
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-driven reporting and optimization
- Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with brand, communications, and external partners
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
