Hire My Tech is hiring a qualified and compassionate Psychiatrist on behalf of a well-established behavioral health organization in Dubai. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing medication management in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Perform psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses for a wide range of mental health disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, ensuring effectiveness and safety.
• Provide psychotherapy or supportive counseling where applicable.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, and medical staff.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential medical records in compliance with DHA regulations and clinic standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities.
• Stay current with emerging psychiatric research, therapies, and best practices.
• Uphold ethical, professional, and cultural standards at all times.
