Job Description
Hire My Tech is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with strong backend and systems engineering experience to lead a small, high-performing engineering team for one of our clients in Bangladesh.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years in a senior or lead role, mentoring or guiding engineers
- Strong experience with backend development (C++, Go, Java, or Python)
- Solid understanding of Linux-based systems
- Experience working with distributed systems
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
