Business Intelligence Analyst

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to own reporting and dashboard infrastructure across the Growth function of a fast-moving technology company. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards, writing SQL queries, and ensuring decision-makers have reliable reporting that reflects the true state of the business.

Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Analyst roles
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries
• Experience building dashboards using Hex or similar BI tools such as Looker, Mode, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong ability to translate business questions into data outputs and reporting frameworks
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
